Free Shipping?

Free Shipping for All Orders for All EU Countries:

Northwear offers free shipping for all orders over €50 to all EU countries. However, there are some exceptions, including countries that are EU members but have specific import regulations that incur additional costs. In such cases, extra charges may apply.

Shipping Costs for Countries Outside the EU:

Shipping costs will be applied to all countries outside the EU.

Delivery Time:

Our standard delivery time is 6 to 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to factors such as customs clearance and local postal services. According to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020, Northwear operates under "Delivery Duty Unpaid" (DDU) terms, where the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the designated destination.

Customs and Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country's customs regulations. Northwear is not liable for delays or additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process. Under the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Customs Valuation, customs fees are calculated based on the transaction value of the imported goods, which may vary according to the import country's regulations.

Shipping Restrictions:

While we strive to deliver to as many destinations as possible, there may be certain regions or countries where we cannot ship due to legal restrictions or logistical constraints. Customers from such areas will be notified accordingly. Northwear adheres to trade embargoes and sanctions imposed by the United Nations and other international organizations, which prohibit shipping goods to restricted countries or entities.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Northwear is committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Under the Hamburg Rules on the Carriage of Goods by Sea, Northwear is responsible for the goods from the time they are handed over to the carrier until their delivery to the buyer, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Notifications:

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and accurately estimate the arrival time. In accordance with the Electronic Communications Convention (ECC), Northwear provides customers with electronic notifications regarding the status of their shipments.

Return Policy?

Cancellation Policy, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (L.L-GbR, Bahnhofstraße 165, 47137 Duisburg, Phone: +49 176 70366887, Email: north-wear@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
